Steps Against Hunger

Awards will be presented to the champion of each event, including the women's, men's, girl's, and boy's races. Once the racing period is over we will be emailing and requesting that the top finishers reply via email with proof of their race to stepsagainsthunger@gmail.com, in the form of a photo of your run on the Garmin Connect App, Runkeeper App, Strava App, Nike Run Club App, or any other run tracking app. The top finishers will need to reply to our email within 24 hours to get the prize or we will move onto the second place finisher, who will also have 24 hours, and so on. The prizes include: gift cards for a free pair of shoes from the Brooks Outlet in Bothell to each of the men's and women's race winners, and $10 Cold Stone gift cards for each of the winners of the girl's and boy's races.

Awards will also be given to the adult and kids costume contest winners. To participate in the costume contest adults and kids alike will need to dress up and run in their most extravagant 4th of July outfit, and submit of photo of them wearing their outfit along with their race time submission. The prizes include: a $5 Starbucks gift card for the adult with the best costume and a $5 Starbucks gift card for the kid (12 and under) with the best costume.

All prizes will be sent via email or delivered to the winners within 48 hours after proof of race has been sent, or 48 hours after the event has ended for the costume contest winners.
