Race Expo & Check-In

Get ready for an exciting kickoff to the Wendell Foster Half Marathon & 5K weekend! The Race Expo is your one-stop spot for all things race-related—from picking up your bib and shirt to checking out the latest in running gear and local vendors. It’s fun, informative, and the perfect way to get pumped for race day.

What to Expect:

• Participant Check-In: Skip the race-day lines and grab your bib and participant shirt early.

• Gear, Essentials & Activities: Everything from running accessories, hydration and nutrition items, and fun photo opportunities!

• Meet the Community: Connect with fellow runners, local organizations, and supporters of Wendell Foster.

Pre-Race Party
& Pasta Dinner

After you visit the Expo, head to Owensboro Racing & Gaming for our Official Pre-Race Party. Carb up with a complimentary pasta dinner, enjoy entertainment, and soak up a little pre-race fun!

Be sure to stop by the Owensboro Racing & Gaming booth at the Expo to pick up your pasta dinner voucher and $10 Free Play card before heading to the party.

Please note: Owensboro Racing and Gaming is a 21+ venue. Participants under 21 are still welcome to stop by the front of the venue to pick up their pasta dinner to-go.

Complimentary Pasta Dinner

• Carb Up: Redeem your complimentary pasta dinner as you prepare for race day! Choose spaghetti or fettuccine noodles with your choice of traditional meat sauce or alfredo sauce, served with bread. Enjoy your meal at the venue or grab a to-go box if you prefer. Dinner will be available until 10:30 PM.

• *For those under 21, to-go boxes will be available at the front of the venue.

Entertainment

• Entertainment: DJ Adam Johnston (Blue Line Entertainment) will be on-site from 12 PM – 10:00 PM 

• Free Play Card: Enjoy a little extra fun with a $10 Free Play card!
