Expo and Race Support

Be part of the action when it matters most! Race weekend volunteers are the heartbeat of the event—you’re often the first face a participant sees when they arrive and one of the last they connect with as they cross the finish line. Your support keeps everything running smoothly and ensures every participant feels welcome, safe, and excited.

How you can help:

  • Expo check-in: welcome participants, help assign bibs, and distribute check-in materials
  • Turn monitors: guide runners and walkers at key turns along the course to keep everyone on track (Don’t worry! Training will be provided)
  • Nutrition tent: pass out pizza, bananas, and hydration to participants as they recover and celebrate
  • Assist with other race weekend tasks that keep the event running smoothly

Good fit for:
Race weekend roles are perfect for individuals or groups who thrive in a lively, high-energy environment. From helping with check-in to celebrating finishers at the line, volunteers get to see the direct impact of their efforts while making participants feel welcome and supported. It’s a meaningful way to be part of the action and share in the excitement of the day.
