Join us at the Sauk County Fairgrounds, 700 Washington Avenue in Baraboo, Wisconsin on April 18, 2026 for the 9th Annual Find Your Pulse 5k Run, 10k Run, 5k Walk, and Kids 1k run/walk to benefit the Boys and Girls Club of Baraboo, Wisconsin!  RAIN or SHINE!

Early Packet Pick-up-CANCELLED

See you Saturday morning at the Sauk County Fairgrounds for all packet pick-up, and same day registrations!

Race Day Timeline 

Same Day Registration is available Online up until race time 
Packet Pick-Up: 7:30-8:30 a.m. at Sauk County Fairgrounds (700 Washington Ave Baraboo, WI)

National Anthem & Announcements: 8:15 a.m. 

Kids 1k Run Start:  8:30 am

10k Run Start:        9:00 am

5k Run Start:          9:15 am

5K Walk Start:        9:20am

Food:                    10:00am - 11:30am 

Awards:                11:00am

Food and beverages will be available for purchase. Runners receive a race shirt if registered by April 3, 2026, subject to availability. 

Kids Zone Info 

The 1k Kids Run/Walk will be a "Hero Run", featuring local police, fire, EMS, and military personnel in their uniforms!  There will be a Bouncy House along with various kid activities.* Let the kids hang out with us while you run!
