Opens at 7 a.m.
Race starts at 7:30am *PLEASE NOTE NEW START TIME*

the Beaver Dam Community Hospitals
Foundation, Inc. Blue Zones Fund.
We have no age limit, but we do ask for no bikes, roller blades, "heelies," skateboards or dogs. Thank you for your understanding. Your entrance fee guarantees you a t-shirt that is specially designed for the 2019 race. T-shirts for day-of-race registrants will be distributed on a first-come, first-served basis. If you do not receive yours on the day of the race, we will mail one out to you within four weeks of the race date. For more information, contact Desiree Mueller at firstname.lastname@example.org, or 920-887-4869.
Awards for the event will be given to the top three overall male and female finishers. A separate award will be given to the first nurse to finish, and one each to the youngest participant (riding doesn't count!) and the oldest participant. You are only eligible for one award. The hierarchy awarding starts with the first nurse, top overall male and female finishers, youngest and oldest.
By sponsoring this fun spring activity, the BDCH nurses hope to support the local community and encourage others to choose nursing as a career. The run, held rain or shine, will begin at 7:30 a.m. near the front entrance of the hospital on University Avenue.
Everyone is welcome to participate, regardless of age or physical condition. Strollers and wheelchairs will be allowed, but bikes, roller blades, “heelies,” skateboards and pets are prohibited.
