Description

Join Dr. Ashley & Cadott Family Chiropractic for their 2nd Annual Mindfulness Triathlon at the beautiful Cadott School Forest located in Cadott, WI!

We had an amazing first year and received such positive feedback that we wanted to do this event again. This year the hiking trails will be a bit different than last year so you can explore additional parts of the school forest.  If you weren't able to join us last year...

Imagine starting your day with a 2.4 or 1.5 mile hike (you get to choose) through the Cadott School Forest along Dutch & Big Drywood Creeks.  You can hear birds chirping, the water flowing, branches cracking under your shoes, see a cute covered bridge and maybe even see wildlife (some of us did last year). After your hike you'll head back to an open, grassy area next to the lodge where you'll go through a gentle flow yoga (for all yoga levels). Just when you thought your morning couldn't get any more relaxing, you enter the lodge to wrap up our time together with sound bowls, chimes and meditation and feel as though you could drift off to sleep.

*Must be at least 15 years old to participate

*Online registration available until Thursday, October 9th at 11:59 P.M. Day-of-registration available starting at 8 A.M.

 

Timeline of Day

(NOTE: Everything after the hike start time may vary based on the flow of the morning)

8 - 8:30 A.M. Registration (Day-of-Registration available if spots aren't filled)

8:30 - 8:40 A.M. Welcome & Introduction

8:40 - 9:25 Hike (2.4 or 1.5 Mile - You choose based on your physical abilities or how you feel that day)

9:25 - 9:45 Break and prep for yoga

9:45 -10:30 Yoga (Gentle Flow for all Yoga Levels) by Greta from The Yoga Plant

10:30 - 10:45 Break

10:45 - 11:30 Sound Bowls, Chimes & Meditation by Authentic Light with Bridget

11:30 Gratitude & Goodbyes for the day

 

What to Bring:

-Hiking or tennis shoes

-Yoga mat or towel

-Water

-Positive attitude

 

Other:

*Light snacks and drinks will be provided

*Rain or shine, no refunds (if raining, please be sure to wear rain boots, rain jacket and/or bring an umbrella for the hike)

*No refunds for failure to attend or from state ordered cancellation
