Duathlon

Looking for an extra challenge or a fun way to team up? The Kettle Classic Duathlon combines the 5K run with our 15-mile bike ride for an exciting multi-sport experience.

Choose your challenge:

Solo Duathlon – Run the 5K and complete the 15-mile bike ride

Relay Duathlon – One partner runs the 5K, the other completes the bike ride

Duathletes will start with the 5K at 9:30 AM, then transition to the bike portion with a rolling start beginning around 10:05 AM, after most cyclists are already on the course.

Awards will be given to the top-performing Solo and Relay Duathlon finishers.

Whether you’re pushing your own limits or teaming up with a friend, the Duathlon adds a whole new level of excitement—while still enjoying all the post-race fun, food, and festivities the Kettle Classic is known for.
