Description
Run into the Summer Solstice with this twilight 5K/10K event. See the sights of the quaint village of Kewaskum as you run or walk to beat the sunset on the eve of the longest day of the year. Both distances take off at 7 pm and finish with a celebration of the Solstice. Runners and walkers are invited to participate in the 5K distance. Participants in the 10K distance must be able to finish the course in under 90 minutes in order to guarantee that all participants finish before dark.
All participants will receive a mesh baseball cap perfect for SUMMER! Overall and Age Group Awards for both distances. A brief awards ceremony will take place at 8 pm.
The best part? We will honor the longest day and shortest night of the year with a celebration at sunset. Stick around after your race, have a drink on us and toast the Summer Sun!
