Bringing awareness for mental health and wellbeing for individuals in the veterinary profession
The veterinary profession is experiencing a mental health crisis. Individuals in this field especially struggle with anxiety, depression, and suicide. Managing work-life balance, stress, facing imposter syndrome, and high emotions from clients can all be factors that attribute to this. We hope to increase awareness and support for individuals in the veterinary field and to end the stigma discussing mental health issues by providing resources and by promoting health, wellbeing, and supporting healthy relationships and teams within workplaces.
