Description

Tri 4 Schools is a nonprofit committed to empowering kids to be happy, healthy, and confident. To support our mission, we donate 100% of youth entry fees to the participants' schools.

We offer 3 in-person course options for this race. Each course has a recommended age range, but we encourage you to select the course distance that best matches your child’s abilities, regardless of age. There is also an at-home option for participants who are interested in a virtual option.

Long Course (recommended ages 11-14): Bike 3.3 miles, Run 0.87 mile

Medium Course (recommended ages 7-10): Bike 2 miles, Run 0.59 miles

Short Course (recommended ages 3-6): Bike 0.33 mile, Run 0.33 miles

At-Home: Complete your race wherever and whenever you like! Please follow all traffic rules and safety recommendations as you complete your race.
