Cheese Days Chase 2026

The 2026 Cheese Days Chase will take place on Saturday, September 19th.   

The Kid's Race sponsored by SSM Health will begin at 8:30am and the 5k/10k/2-Mile Fun Walk, sponsored by Klondike Cheese Company will begin at 9:00am on Court House Square in downtown Monroe. 

All participants will receive a beverage and cheese sandwich following the race in the Suisse Haus lot.
All participants in the kids race will receive a medal, cheese sandwich and beverage following the race.

Age Group Awards (for 5k/10k only):

Male/Female 12 and under, 13-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70 and over

Online registration only. No mail-in registration.

You must register by September 2nd to be guaranteed a shirt!

All registered participants will need to check in and pick up race packets prior to the event.

You may do this on Thursday, September 17th and Friday, September 18th from 5-8 PM at Stateline Ice and Community Expo (SLICE): 1632 4th Ave. West, Monroe, WI. You can also you can pick up your packet from 7-8 AM Saturday morning at the check in table. When picking up packets, please keep in mind that Cheese Days Chase t-shirts are only guaranteed to participants who registered by 9/2.

The Kid's Race will begin at 8:30 AM. You can look for the start line by the Court House Square here in Monroe. After the race, medals will be handed out and runners are welcome to help themselves to post-race snacks and drinks near the start/finish line.

The 5k/10k/2-Mile Fun Walk, sponsored by Klondike Cheese Company will begin at 9:00 AM on Court House Square in downtown Monroe. Participants will receive a ticket for one cheese sandwich and one beverage, which you can redeem at the Suisse Haus tent following the race. Awards for all age groups in the 5K and 10K events will be announced and handed out at the Suisse Haus tent beginning at 11 AM.
