Dogs are Welcome
Of course you can bring Fido, but Fido can only be on the asphalt/concrete. Pets cannot be on the grass per city ordinance, and you don't want to be that guy that gets the event cancelled. If Fido is found violating the city ordinance, both you and Fido will be asked to leave and put on the naughty list. Trust us. You don't want to be on that list.

Parking
Street parking is available throughout the residential neighborhoods near Roosevelt Park. Please plan ahead, car pool, and arrive early keeping in mind you will need to park and walk to the start/finish line.
Course
The course will begin and end along Jefferson St. Runners will head along Jefferson St toward the Lake Country Trail. Then turn onto the trail and follow that to Silver Lake St and turning around to head back to the finish.
Aid Stations
There will be one aid station on course and one at the Finish Line. 5K runners will pass the on course aid station twice. Aid stations will have water available and while we do our best to recruit volunteers for our aid stations, runners should be prepared to use self-serve aid stations.
