The Gray May 5k

Welcome Runners and Walkers ! Let's all get out there to support Brain Cancer Research. 

This year we were unable to secure a good location and date for the race (and the organizer is graduating in May.) So this year there will be a virtual option.  But we will also try to get a group together (informally for those that want a more real race experience).

Run a 5k any day in may and help raise money for Brain Cancer Research.  Brain Cancer is one of the most difficult cancers to treat and the survival rates are quite low.

This race is being organized by Matías Dahl, a senior at Onalaska High School.  His grandmother died from brain cancer and was treated at Gundersen in the 1980s.  This race will donate all proceeds to Gundersen Medical Foundation to continue to fund brain cancer research.

May is brain (gray matter is part of brain and gray is associated with brain cancer awareness) cancer awareness month!  So let's have fun, raise $, and run a little!
