St. Patrick 5K/1 Mile Family Fun Run

Register online or return flyer to St. Patrick School office.  Register by September 26th for a guaranteed t-shirt!

Start time

Runners start is 9:00 am; walkers will start a couple minutes later.

Join us after your run/walk for refreshments and games in the school gymnasium!

Donation Drive

Every year, we sponsor a donation drive during the 5K/1Mile Fun Run to help give back to our community.  This year, we will be sponsoring a first aid kit/supplies drive for the TheExchange in La Crosse.  Please consider bringing your first aid kits/supplies on Race Day!  We've had a tremendous amount of support from these drives in the past and have been able to support many local charitable efforts.  Thank you in advance for your support.

Parking

Please park in the Center 90 parking lot at 301 Sand Lake Rd.  You may also park in Center 90's rear parking lot.  The Center 90 owner has generously allowed us to park in these lots for our event.  The owner asks that we do not park in front of Degen-Berglund Pharmacy as they have many elderly patrons.

No parking is allowed in the Post Office parking lot at 304 11th Ave. North, nor in the Post Office employee lot.

Please do not park on 11th Ave. North within three blocks of the school - this is the race course.

Awards

There will be an award ceremony after the event, around 10 am in the school parking lot (or gymnasium, if raining).  Medals will be awarded to the top three finishers in each age group for both girls/boys and women/men - see the registration form for a listing of all age groups!

Severe weather plan

If storms are present (thunder, lightning) the event will be canceled for safety reasons.  We will send an email to participants (if you provided your email address on the registration form) and update the website by 6:30 am if the event is to be canceled.  There are no refunds and the event will not be rescheduled.

Race packet

The race packet will include your t-shirt, bib number (if you registered to run) and a few other items.  Your registration form will be stapled to your packet.

Before race day

Thursday and Friday (Oct. 3rd-4th) the race packets will be available for pick up at St. Patrick School office (entrance A) between the hours of 8am and 3:30pm.  The packets will be located on the tables outside the school office.  The school address is 127 11th Ave North.

On race day

The pre-registered table will be open at 7:30am to 8:30am on Saturday for packet pickup.   The pre-registered table will be located in the school lower parking lot (on 11th Ave) outside of the St. Patrick School Parish Center/Gymnasium.   If it is raining, enter the Gymnasium.
