Description
Kettering Adventist Healthcare is sponsoring the 5K on the grounds of the EAA
in Oshkosh Wisconsin during the International Pathfinder Camporee on
August 16, 2019. 100% of the very low entry fee will be used to support the
free clinic being run during the Camporee for the city of Oshkosh. Sign up soon,
the race will be capped at 1,000 runners! Sign up will close on August 1 or
when the 1,000-runner cap is reached. The Race is open to only those ticketed
attendees of the International Pathfinder Camporee.
Schedule:
Friday, August 16, 6:00-7:00 AM Race packet pickup. The packet will have
your race bib with the timing chip… all runners must have a bib with a
timing chip to participate so plan to arrive early and avoid the rush!
Friday August 16 the 5K will begin promptly at 7:30 AM
Where:
The race will be held on the EAA grounds. The start and finish lines will be on Celebration Way Street near the Drilling Competition area. The course is
marked out in florescent Green on the official camporee map found on the camporee website (www.camporee.org click on the Maps icon)
Prizes:
- Every finisher will receive a Camporee branded finisher’s medal.
- Overall male and female and male/female 1st, 2nd and 3rd by age group and
gender (10-11, 12-13, 14-15, 16-17, 18-24, 25-34, 35-44, 45-54, 55 and over)
will receive awards/prizes! - PLEASE NOTE THE SMALL AGE RANGES FOR PATHFINDERS – 10 YEAR OLDS WILL NOT BE COMPETING AGAINST 15 YEAR OLDS FOR PLACE AWARDS!
- What will the awards be? $50 Amazon gift card for all 3rd place age group finishers, $75 Amazon gift card for 2nd place finishers and $100 Amazon gift
card for 1st place finishers! - Overall girls and boys will receive their choice of either an iPad mini or an Amazon gift card for $300!!!
