Description

 

Howl-o-ween 5K is all about Running (or Walking) and supporting amazing animal shelters! 

Join us on Sunday, October 29th, 2023 at 9:00am CST for an exciting "Howl-o-ween Themed" event that features the scenic views of Lake Andrea!   This race is a sure thing for a great doggy good time!  This race is timed and scored by J3 Timing.  Results will be posted at www.J3Timing.com. 

Volunteer Then Run!  Please come at 7:15 am for a brief orientation.  You will be helping with Race Day Checkin and Set Up. Thank You in Advance!

5k Registration Includes:

Can I Run with My Pet?  Absolutely!  We are running to support pets, pet lovers, and animal charities!  So you can run or walk with or without your pet!

Is registration required for Dogs?  No.  Dogs are welcome to participate in the 5k and are not required to sign up.

Course Map

The race starts and finishes near the Windsurf Launch at Prairie Springs Park at Lake Andrea.  The route is paved and features a beautiful loop around the lake.  A map is shown below, but click here for an interactive course map

Packet Pickup

Packet pickup will be race day only at the event starting 1 hour before race time.

Canicross

The CaniCross Series features 7 events in SE WI (Kenosha & Walworth Counties). These events will be dedicated to dogs/owners only and the distances will range from 3 - 16 miles.  The events typically have between 20 - 40 attend each CaniCross event and the energy these dogs bring is amazing!
