Description
Now in its 3rd year, our annual Recovery Awareness Walk is adding a 5k Walk/Fun Run option! This event is spearheaded by the Shawano Menominee Resiliency Coalition to help bring awareness and support to those living in and working towards RECOVERY from addiction and mental health struggles in our local communities!
In the first two years, the Recovery Celebration & Awareness Walk was able to help raise funds to open the Shawano Recovery Center and Shawano County's first Women's Recovery Residence!
This year, funds raised at our event will continue to expand and sustain recovery resources in our local area.
