Description
Skiers are made in the Summer! Spooner Nordic provides Summer Training plans and guidance in the offseason.
Practices are led by Teammates and/or Coaches and generally start at 8am M,T, TH & F with W variable.
By signing up you are acknowledging our waivers that this training is at your own risk and that you will abide by our Code of Conduct.
