Awesome Autumn run in beautiful Potawatomi State Park, Door County, WI Celebrating 33 years of Run Wild.
Take the challenge and run up tower hill in the featured quarter marathon race. Both the 5K and quarter marathon are run on tree-lined park roads closed to traffic in scenic Potawatomi State Park. Park entrance fee is waived on the day of the race until noon. If you are unable to make it to the live event you can run/walk virtually on your own and still receive the long sleeve Run Wild T-shirt. All proceeds raised go to support projects in the park.
Awards to 1st, 2nd and 3rd place in each 10-year age division. There will be a gun start and chip timing finish. Packet pick-up is at Bay Shore Outfitters, 59 N. Madison Ave. in Sturgeon Bay on Friday, October 8th from 3-7 PM or day of starting at 7:30 AM at the event. Long sleeve T-shirts are guaranteed for all registrations received by September 20th. If you register after September 20th you are not guaranteed a T--shirt. Pre-registered runners who do not claim their T-shirts will have them mailed out by October 20.
Pre-registration fees go up on 9-20-2021. Online registration closes at noon on 10-6-2021. You can still register at packet pick-up or the day of the run.
Quarter Marathon and 5K both start promptly at 9:30 AM October 9, 202. A 1/3 mile Smokey Bear run will be held at approximately 10:30 for ages 2-10.
