Inner Game is designed to help middle school students stay active during the winter while building important skills they can use in sports, school, and everyday life. Each session combines lessons on goal setting, accountability, growth mindset, and visualization with games and physical activities that keep kids moving and give them opportunities to put those skills into practice.

The program is built with a mind/body focus.

Fitness: Each lesson includes at least 35-45 minutes of play based movement so kids can improve/maintain their fitness level

Goals: Participants will learn the framework for successful goal setting through growth, accountability, visualization & celebration.

Fun: Every practice is filled with creative lessons, active games & a community minded environment that helps link fitness with fun!

Inner Game will meet Mondays 6:45-7:45 pm at Burn Boot Camp in Verona for 8 weeks 1/25/27-3/19/27. The program is designed for kids in 5th-8th grades.

Inner Game is a program of Active Youth Wisconsin. Active Youth Wisconsin helps kids find joy in movement through events and afterschool programs.
