Description
The Downtown West Bend Association in partnership with Orenda By The River brings you a third year of fun on the river with our Kayak 5k! This unique course will take paddlers along the scenic Milwaukee River from the Orenda to Quaas Creek Park. The trophy ceremony will take place once all the participants have finished the race.
Join us after the race for food, fun and more! Yoga in the Park and a Kettle Bell class will be held after the trophy ceremony. Pre-registration is required for both classes, contact Blue Luna Yoga and Wellness for Yoga in the Park and the Gym WB for the Kettle Bell class. There will be food for sale at the finish line.
Online Registration is closed but we will be doing day of registration for racers providing their own kayaks. Day of registration will be $40 for adults and $30 for youths (14-17). Day of registration will take place on Veterans Avenue, near the Museum of Wisconsin Art, 205 Veterans Ave, West Bend, WI 53095. Registration will open at 8am, the race will start at 9am.
