A fun event for J-Hawk athletes, family members and friends. Map your own courses, complete the event, then submit your time. You can complete it on Saturday or on Sunday.
Results will be posted by single age and gender, until age 19, then it will be every 5 years. Each participant gets a race number. Use your race number when submitting results.
10&Under:
1 mile run + 3 mile bike
No bike? Do the 3 mile run/walk
11-12:
1.5 mile run + 4 mile bike
No bike? Do the 3 mile run/walk
13&Over:
2 mile run + 5 mile bike
5 mile run/walk
