How to Submit Miles

Here are the steps to submit your miles and activities:

1.) First, go to the Results page by clicking the Results link at the top of the page (see illustration below)

2.) Next, cick on the "Submit Virtual Results" button at the top of the page (see illustration below)

3.) You will now be on the "Participant Lookup" page. Use one of the options on this page and then click the "Lookup Registration" button to locate your registration.

4.) On the next page you should see your name, the event you registered for, and a "Log Activities" button. Click the "Log Activities" button.

5.) You will now be on a page where you can record your activities. Select the type of activity (walk, run, bike, etc.), the number of miles, and the date of your activity. Don't forget to click the "Submit Activity" when you're finished! In addition, a default goal of 25 miles for the month has been set for all participants. You can edit this to create your goal by clicking the "Edit Personal Goals" link at the bottom of the page (see screenshot).

6.) Congratulations, you've successfully submitted your results! You can complete this process to record all your activities during the Challenge.

Note: You can also submit your activities from your RunSignup profile. Instructions on how to do this are available via this page (scroll to the "Submit Virtual Results From Your RunSignup Profile" section).
