The Sleigh the Holidays Maintain Campaign's goal is to help you maintain your health, maintain your healthy habits and maintain your overall well-being over the holidays. Looking for help to maintain your healthy behaviors over the holidays? Sleigh the Holidays can help. The campaign focuses on healthy behaviors of physical activity and drinking water. By maintaining your physical activity and drinking water, you will be able to balance out with other holiday temptations. The goal is to be active at least 150 minutes a week and drink at least 6 - 8 oz glasses of water most days of the week. You can also sign up as a team to have a support group to help each other and challenge other teams.
