Join us on November 18, 2023, for the 4th Annual Macho Man 5K in Nitro, WV!
This year we will be continuing to offer both the normal 5K (live and virtual) as well as the 5K Pump and Run!
Time Frame for the Pump Section:
Pump N Run Participants will go to ShotFire Fitness on Friday, November 17th, anytime between 4:00-6:30PM to complete their Pump.

Time Frame for the 5K Run Section:
5K Packet Pickup - Race Day (November 18th) from 8:00AM to 8:55AM.
The race will start at 9:00AM! Everything will be taking place in the Student Parking Lot of Nitro High School in Nitro, WV
All participants will get a race shirt, finisher medal, and a fake mustache to put on before/during/after the race (to celebrate No Shave November). Must be registered by November 9th at midnight if you want a shirt!
Please note that you will not be allowed to switch from Live to Virtual (or vice versa). So please sign up for the appropriate event and/or wait until you know your plans closer to race day to register.
Finisher Medals
The live race will be capped to 200 participants. All finishers will earn a finisher medal!
For those doing the Virtual Race your medal will be mailed to you at the conclusion of the event (and once we verify you submit a time).

Live 5K Pump N Run
Pre Registration = $40 (ends 11/16 so we can finalize the roster)
