Saint Albans Series Race # 3 - Itty Bitty Kitty 2 Miler

PACKET PICKUP
Friday, October 16, 2015
6:00PM-8:00PM at the office of Afforadable Insurance Solutions (1000 6th Avenue, Saint Albans, WV 25177).
The doors for this will not open until exactly 6PM so please do not try to come early. 

If you did not pre-register, you may still register at both Packet Pickup and on Race Day. Shirts are first-come, first-served and we will not reserve you a shirt through e-mail. 

RACE DAY
Saturday, October 17, 2015
Packet Pickup and Registration will start at 7:30AM. Please do not arrive early as we will not start processing entries until exactly 7:30AM. 

The race will start at exactly 9AM and the awards will be immediately after the last finisher crosses the finish line. We have ordered 30 Papa Johns Pizza for your race day refreshments. 

Lastly, please note that we will not be mailing out any bags/shirts/awards that are not picked up. There is no exception to this rule so if you ask we will kindly decline your request.

VIRTUAL SUBMISSIONS
For those that have approved excuses to submit your race virtually (must have been approved prior to October 15), your time submissions are due by October 17 at 10AM. This is to make it fair to those who ran the race on race day. Please email all submissions to Ricky@APTiming.com.

If we do not receive your time entry by then, we will have to mark the race as incomplete. We order series medals on Saturday afternoon to ensure they arrive on time for the final race.
