This is Race #1 of the Kanawha Valley 5K Winter Series.
The event will take place at Saint Albans High School on January 1, 2025 (Race Starts at 2PM).
Race into the New Year 5K - Pricing
Sept 1 - Oct 31 = $25
Nov 1 - Dec 25 = $30
Dec 26 - Dec 31 = $35
Race Day = $50
(Shirt Order Deadline is December 12 at midnight - due to the holidays we have to place the order earlier than normal)
Awards
Prediction Based Award will be the following. These awards are based on your prediction time (who guesses closest to their prediction time). Anyone found to be using a time tracking device will not be eligible for awards.
Top 8 Male Overall
Top 8 Female Overall
THEN Individual Race Awards will be the following (based on Net Times):
Top 1 Male Overall and Top 1 Female Overall
Top 2 Male in the following age divisions: 1-12, 13-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70+
Top 2 Female in the following age divisions: 1-12, 13-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70+
