Description
The purpose of the race is to raise scholarship money for students of WV Northern Community College in Wheeling, Weirton and New Martinsville, WV. The race begins and ends at the B&O Building of the Wheeling campus of WVNCC, located at 16th and Market Streets, Wheeling. The race route runs along the scenic Ohio River and is basically flat for its entire length. Participants will receive a T-shirt and be eligible for awards based on gender and age and also for door prizes.
