Run For Williamson: Supporting Operation Friend

​Join us for the Run For Williamson, an inspiring community event dedicated to supporting the mission of Operation Friend. We are gathering to celebrate our neighbors and raise vital funds for the dedicated group of volunteers who show up—rain, snow, or shine—every Friday evening to serve those experiencing homelessness and hardship in our community.

​The Mission

​Every week, the volunteers of Operation Friend set up on the street corner, not just to provide a hot meal, but to offer a listening ear, heartfelt prayers, and a reminder that no one in Williamson is forgotten. Whether it’s providing nourishment for the body or lifting the spirits in prayer of those carrying heavy burdens, their presence is a steady beacon of hope. They give their time and personal resources to ensure that our neighbors in need receive a moment of comfort and dignity.

​How You Can Help

​Admission to the Run For Williamson is completely free, as our primary goal is to bring our community together to stand in solidarity with those who serve. While there is no entry fee, we will be gratefully accepting donations at the event.

​100% of all contributions will go directly to Operation Friend to help cover the costs of food, supplies, and the resources they need to continue their outreach. Whether you are a runner, a walker, or simply a supporter of this mission, your presence makes a difference.
