The Cody Beer Mile

Started in 2018 as a pre-cursor to Yellowstone Beer Fest and benefiting Western Bear Foundation, this event quickly took on a life of it’s own...

4 beers in 4 quarter miles make up the infamous Beer Mile. Think you can hang?  

This is the Cody, Wyoming version. Run as an individual or on a relay team of 4.  This year's Cody Beer Mile will take place Friday, July 19th, 2024 starting at 5pm.  All participants receive a Cody Beer Mile T-shirt.  1st place winners receive a very swanky Cody Beer Mile trophy.  This event is open to spectators and will feature chip timing, a beer garden, DJ music, and games.  Packet pick up & beer garden open at 5, races start at 6.  ***Please note the location for this year's event has changed!  We will be at Mentock Park on Blackburn St!***

We are now happy to offer the Kettlehouse Hard Seltzer Mile for those who require a Gluten Free option, as well as a Coca-Cola/NA Beer Mile for those who opt not to consume alcohol! Participants must be 21+ to participate in the Kettlehouse Seltzer Mile and 18+ to compete in the Coca-Cola/NA Beer Mile.  If you would like to run as a relay team and have one or more team members using Kettlehouse Seltzer or Coca-Cola/NA Beer, please contact the race directly directly: info@runcodywy.com.  

Unfortunately, the Kettlehouse Seltzer Mile and Coca-Cola/NA Beer Mile cannot be posted to beermile.com results due to 'official' rules on Beermile.com, but you can still have a damn good time!
