Thanksgiving Downhill Mile

Sprint, run, jog, walk, or gobble-wobble down this fast point-to-point downhill mile course on Thanksgiving morning! This will be a fun opportunity to lay down a fast mile time... and a great way to burn some calories and get some movement before you dig in to the turkey and mashed potatoes. 

The course will run on the Cirrus Sky Trail, starting near the 22nd Street bridge and finishing on 15th street. 

PRE-RACE REGISTRATION: $5   |   RACE-DAY REGISTRATION: $10

Check-in and race day registration opens at 7:45am. Races start at 8:30am. Depending on the number or participants, we may group runners into multiple waves, with waves starting every 3 minutes. 

Proceeds from this race will benefit local youth running groups, including the Laramie Valley Jackalopes, Laramie Middle School Cross Country, and Laramie High School Cross Country teams. 

We will be recognizing the M & F winners in each of the following categories. Winners in these categories will also hold the COURSE RECORD since this is the first year of the event!
