RACE DAY PACKET PICKUP

*While we are offering race day packet pickup, we STRONGLY encourage you to have your packet picked up BEFORE race day.  The races will start on time regardless of lines still at Packet Pickup.

PARKING

There is plenty of parking at the Holiday Inn Express for Packet Pickup on Friday.

WHAT TO BRING

Registered participants can confirm registration on this website by clicking on the "Participant Tracking" menu option. All registered participants will get an email race week with their registration QR code.  Participants must present a valid government-issued ID or a copy of your registration confirmation. Digital copies (your phone screen) are allowed.

PROXY PICKUP

Someone other than the registered participant can pick up a packet as long as the friend or family member presents a copy of the participant’s registration confirmation, and/or the participant’s photo ID. Digital copies (your phone screen) are allowed. There are NO exceptions to this requirement.  

LATE REGISTRATION

Late registration is available at Packet Pickup and Race Day unless the race(s) sells out. We will post a notice regarding closed races on our website and Facebook page. Participants can register or change races in the Race Registration area.

REGISTRATION CONFIRMATION

Registered Participants should receive a confirmation email during the registration process. While the only requirement is that you present your government-issued photo ID, we also recommend either printing your confirmation and bringing it to packet pickup, or having a copy electronically available on your mobile device. 

MAIL MY BIB SWAG PICKUP

If you paid to have your bib mailed to you, you will NOT need to come to Packet Pickup before the race starts. We will have your shirt and any other SWAG items available for you to collect AFTER you finish the race.  On race day, once you have finished, you can collect your SWAG items from the "Mail My Bib Swag Pickup" tent. You are welcome to attend a pre-race Packet Pickup as well, but it is not necessary.  Bibs are mailed 2.5 weeks ahead of race weekend.
