Putting together a 5K is a massive team effort, and we’re looking for high-energy individuals to help us cross the finish line! Whether you’re a professional "direction-pointer" or a world-class water pourer, we have a spot for you.

Here is a breakdown of how you can help make this charity race a success:


Volunteer Roles & Needs

Packet Pick Up   Man the packet pick up station prior to race day📋 Medium (Organized & friendly)
Course Marshals   Stand at key turns to direct runners and cheer them on.📣 High (Loud cheering required)
Registration Desk   Check in participants, hand out race bibs, and manage walk-ups.📋 Medium (Organized & friendly)
Hydration Heroes   Hand out water cups at the midpoint and finish line.💧 High (Fast-paced)
Finish Line Crew   Hand out medals and help manage the post-race snack area.🏅 Medium (Celebratory)
Setup & Teardown   Assist with banners, cones, and packing up gear.💪 High (Physical labor)

Note: No prior experience is necessary! We will hold a brief 15-minute orientation on the morning of the race to ensure everyone feels confident in their role.
