Please Park in the Heritage Swim parking lot or on the street. 

Bathrooms
Bathrooms will be available at the pool area.
No bathrooms at along the routes.

Course
When running along Thomas Rd.
Please run on the sidewalk and look both ways when crossing any street.

5K Route
10K Route
All routes are out and back

Water Stations
There will be water stations approximately at the following distances:
1Mile - None
5K - 1.5 miles and 2.75
10K - 1.5, 2.75, 4.25 and 5.75
