Headphones that cover your ears or are placed in the ear are not allowed. This is for safety. There are headphones that go on your temple and not in or over your ears.

Yes, the Lake Baldwin Park trail is mostly shaded. But it’s still a good idea to bring sunscreen! 

Yes, the Lake Baldwin Park trail is a flat concrete trail. 

As we approach the race, t-shirt sizes will become increasingly limited. Once a shirt size are sold out the size will not be listed.We recommend signing up a few weeks in advance to ensure preferred t-shirt sizing. Visit the Conservation Florida informational booth on race day after you finish the race to ask if we have your size left. You might get lucky!
