Aid Stations / Nutrition:

There is absolutely no littering on course. Please throw it away in garbage receptacles or pack out trash.

LMNT is a sponsor for this years Wild Moose Chase and all athletes will get an LMNT single serving electrolyte packet at packet pick-up. There will also be LMNT packets available at each aid station on course and the finish line. Athletes will need their own refillable water bottle and dump the powder into their own bottles if they choose to use the course electrolyte drink. Visit the LMNT website for mixing instructions.

All Aid stations will have water jugs for filling, LMNT electrolyte single serve packets, and gummy bears.

Water will be provided at the starting line.

A limited supply of First Aid will be located at all Aid Stations on each course, and at the Finish Line.

There will be NO toilets along the course.

Portable toilets and hand washing stations will be available in the start / finish area.

Distances:
Race distances are approximate and may very a half mile depending on actual trail availability on race day. Courses are subject to change based on safety and trail conditions. Due to the trail nature of this event, there are no toilets available on course. Please use the restrooms before your start.

Kids Fun Run (0.5 Miles)
Kids will take off out of the start line for a relatively flat 1/2 mile out and back run. Parents are encouraged to run with their little ones depending on your child's ability level. The kids course will be well marked and staffed with volunteers. Please help to make sure your child stays on the correct route.
