Register your club with the Wildman Triathlon Experience. once registered, the club can start to earn exclusive benefits!
The Wildman Club program is free of charge. This is a one-time registration process. Clubs do not need to renew each year.
An email will be sent individually to affiliated club members on how to earn free entries.
Complimentary Race Entry
Clubs earn one complimentary race entry for every seven affiliated members registered for the Wildman Triathlon Experience – either the Half or International distance. Complimentary entries can be used towards the Wildman Triathlon Experience in the same calendar year and/or within 12 months of the calendar year they are awarded.
Max five entries per club, per race.
Clubs must apply for a complimentary entry 45 days before the race date and must submit an athlete’s name for the complimentary entry to be used 45 days before the chosen race date.
Complimentary entries are to be used at the club leader’s discretion.
Complimentary entries must go to affiliated club members.
Pole Position
Register more members to win on-site benefits. The three clubs with the highest number of registered members receive low bib numbers, group bike racking in transition, special silver swim caps, and a group photo at the finish line.
Athletes must be affiliated with their club 10 days before race day to earn points for their club and to be accounted for Pole Position benefits.
