Logging Activities
We have compiled some Winter Warrior Challenge best practices to make this as fun and easy as possible!
If this is your first time doing the Challenge, read this carefully!
WHERE DO I UPLOAD MY ACTIVITIES?
Everything happens right in RunSignUp! You can get to the place where you log your activities a couple ways. Pick what is best for you!
- Upload your activities using the personal link that will be sent to you in the weekly emails. (Bookmark the link to make it extra easy!)
- Go to the Results page and click on your name and press the blue "Log Activities" button
UPLOADING DO's
- All activity times need to be input in HOURS : MINUTES : SECONDS.
- That means that a 30 minute workout = 00:30:00 and a 1 hour and 30 minute workout = 01:30:00 NOT 00:90:00
- Activities must be at least 30 minutes long to count toward virtual badges
- Log all your activities/movements/workouts (running/walking, stretching, strength, yoga, shoveling snow etc.)
UPLOADING DON'Ts
- Do not break activities longer than 30 minutes into multiple workouts. (i.e. you go on a 90 minute hike, you input one 90 minute workout, not three 30 minute hikes.)
- Do not input workout exceeding an hour as minutes. (00:75:00; this should be 01:15:00 (HH:MM:SS))
- Do not count an active day as an extended activity
- 8 hours of walking around Disney also includes standing in line, using the bathroom, eating lunch, getting on rides. Look at how many steps you've taken and try your best to log the actual "moving time"
Remember the Winter Warrior Challenge is supposed to be fun and motivating. We use the honor code. Please don't take advantage of that or be overly competitive and take the fun out of it for others! If you see a mistake on the leaderboard we will fix it.
