Winter Warrior FAQs
Q: How do I know if I signed up for the challenge?
A: Log in to your Run Sign Up account. Click the grey profile icon in the top right corner. Select profile. The Winter Warrior Challenge should be listed under My Upcoming Events or if you select My Registered Races (under My Upcoming Events) it will also be listed here.
Q: Can I exchange my challenge shirt for a different size?
A: At packet pick up you will be given the size registered. You can exchange your shirt for a different size if there are some left over after the registration period.
Q: How do I submit my mileage?
A: The easiest way to submit mileage is by going to the “Results” tab at the top of the Winter Warrior race page, if you are logged into RunSignUp you can simply type in your first and last name or your email. If you aren’t logged into RSU – once you search by name or email – you will need to enter your registered email or last four digits of your phone number to verify your account. Select “Log Activities”, add the date, miles, and time. Submit Activity!
** It takes 1-3 minutes for the leaderboard to update.
Q: Do I submit mileage every time I run/walk?
A: Yes. You need to submit your distance and time for each run/walk.
Q: When do I pick up my shirt?
A: We will send out an email when shirts are available to pick up.
Q: How do I join the Facebook group?
A: An email will be sent out to all participants a few days before the challenge begins. It will contain the link for the Facebook group, submission instructions, and more.
Q: Do I HAVE to join the Facebook group?
A: No. The Facebook group is completely OPTIONAL. This is a space for participants to interact each other. Any official announcements posted will also be sent via email through RSU.
Q: Who can I contact if I’m unable to submit miles?
A: First make sure your profile is not set to anonymous. You can do this by selecting the pencil icon at the top corner of your profile. Scroll down and you should see a check box that says, ‘Show as anonymous in public participant lists and race results.’ Make sure this isn’t selected. If you are still having issues submitting your mileage please email race@fleetfeettulsa.com.
Q: Can I run/walk on a treadmill?
A: Yes. You can log road and/or treadmill miles.
Q: How do I know my rank?
A: Select the ‘Results’ tab on the Winter Warrior RSU page. Make sure your division (5K, 10K, etc..) is selected to view your rank.
Q: I signed up for one division but I have significantly increased/decreased my mileage/training – can I switch divisions?
A: Please email race@fleetfeettulsa.com.
Q: We want to compete as a family – is this possible?
A: Yes. You will need register each member of your family and mileage will need to be submitted for each member the same way.
