Yes, however we ask you start in the back of the pack of racers to avoid the issues with tripping racers. This can cause harm for the dogs and the runners. This is a chip start so it will not impact your start time.

Yes, $10 during Witch Fest. We strongly recommend using UTA Trax and riding in. It is less expensive and less congestion.
The Witch Run at Gardner Village is popular during Halloween. Gardner Villages Witch Fest is also popular. Gardner Village charges $10 to park during this time of the year. In order to relieve issues with parking we will be asking racers and spectators to ride the UTA Trax system for this race. This is a lower cost than what Gardner Village charges for parking during Halloween. Seniors and Student/Youth $1.25 each way or $2.50 for Adult.
Yes, high end full color 4" finisher medal and nicer than tech race shirt.
Yes, however we ask you start in the back of the pack of racers to avoid the issues with tripping racers. This can cause harm for those in the strollers and the runners. This is a chip start so it will not impact your start time.
We do not have one at this race due to it being an out and back. Generally items are left in your car. If you rode the UTA to get here you can leave your bag at a place near the start/finish however these bags are not secure or supervised.
Yes however we strongly encourage everyone to register at least by the night prior at 6PM when online registration closes. Day of race has huge lines and extra fees.
Yes of course. We do these every 1.5 to 2 miles along the route. They include water, Powerade, Aid Station kit with feminine napkins, bandaids, muscle rub, body lube. There are four porta potties along the route as well.
Yes and we encourage it!
Yes, strollers are allowed, but for safety reasons we ask you to start at the back of the pack; if the race is a downhill course, you are required to be tethered to the stroller.
Yep. Rain or shine as well. We alter the course if the rain or snow impacts it.
Nope. We follow their rules however we found it was much less expensive to our racers to use regular insurance instead of USAT.
Sorry no refunds due to fees. We do have a deferral policy that allows you to defer till next year for $15 or transfer to another raise for the same price. If you do it within 15 days prior to the race. The other thing that we have as an option that would give you a full refund is if you paid for race insurance, race insurance covers things like health and medical issues. If you do not have race insurance, the only option is the deferral or transfer policy.
For extreme weather, yes. This means dangerous weather, like flash flood, lightning, or winter storm warning. If it is snowy no. We can run in the snow. However, for safety, we change the course if the road is covered in snow to a 5K that we repeat. It is very rare that a race is ever cancelled. Tough thing about racing is you may have sunshine and flowers or rain. Being outdoors you have about a 98% in utah it will be awesome.
Codes can only be created for $25+ credit or more.
We cannot do smaller volunteer codes under $25, and all volunteer codes must be whole numbers like $25 or $50, not $25.50 or $35.87.
When codes are created, they are created for only one person to use at a time, and only one use.
Once a code is used, it is not able to be used again.
We offer race insurance at only 8.1% of race fees that would cover things like this until race day. It is a third party company so you get your money and we do not lose money on having to purchase all your race swag.
At this point we have you running even if you don't show up. The only other option at this point is you give or sell your bib to someone else. Wish we could do more. 3/4 of your race fees goes to your race and those have already been spent at this point in the race.
We have one of the more generous policies in the industry as to deferrals and transfers. We do our best to help people if it means we do not lose money.
