+ Where should you run/walk?

Anywhere you want, as long as it’s following the most current social distancing requirements by state and local officials. Go for it! You do the course that works for you, on a treadmill, on a trail, laps around your home, or in a stairwell.

+ When should I run/walk?

We’ve extended “race day” to 2 full weeks starting Tuesday, July 14th through Tuesday, July 28th. Find a time of day that works best for you and complete either the 10 mile or 5K (3.1 miles) distance.

+ What is included with my registration?

Customized race bib for download
• Commemorative race t-shirt
• Custom medal with neck ribbon
• Personalized race certificate for download

+ How can I get my swag items?

Race packet will be available for in person curb-side pickup prior to the original scheduled date of July 28th for those who register by July 12th. The location and times are TBD and will be communicated to registered participants via email and on our Facebook page. https://www.facebook.com/yankeehomecomingrace

+ How do I submit my time?

On Tuesday, July 14th you will receive an email with instructions and a link to submit your Virtual Results online. It is not required to submit your results in order to receive swag or participate in virtual communities on social media.

You can also login to your personal race account at www.runsignup.com and find our event on the “Upcoming Events” listing. Then click on “Submit Virtual Results” and enter your time. Virtual results can automatically be submitted via the RaceJoy app upon completion of your run.

Absolutely! 100 percent of registration and donation proceeds go directly to the Newburyport Lions' Eye Research Fund, a nonprofit dedicated to helping with a wide range of eye diseases throughout Massachusetts.
