The What:
The Yellowstone Kelly MountainMan Triathlon is the first and only USAT Sanctioned Triathlon in Billings, MT. Named after the legendary early plainsman, Luther Sage Kelly, the YK MountainMan Triathlon will take you on quite the adventure. Click the links below to learn more about each event! To participate you will need to be an annual member of USA Triathlon or purchase a one-day membership (can be done during registration).

Packet Pickup:
Friday, August 24th: Thirsty Street Brewing in Downtown Billings, 4:00 PM – 7:00 PM
Saturday, August 25th: Lake Elmo State Park, 6:00 AM – 7:10 AM
Every participant will receive a Hoodie (Unisex Sizes), beer tickets to be used at the after party/awards ceremony, and a couple other pieces of swag to be announced when details are finalized! Sign up by August 1st to be guaranteed your Hoodie size!

Aid Stations:
There will also be one aid station on the run course loop. An aid station will also be present at the transition area and the finish line. We will have Hammer Nutrition products at each aid station and in each participant bag, including Heed, Gel, and Endurolytes Fizz.
The Awards/After-Party:
Awards will take place immediately following the event on top of the Rims at the finish line!
We want the awards ceremony to be near the Yellowstone Kelly Interpretive Site. With this, and alcohol not being allowed on the Rims, every participant will recieve a ticket for a free beer at the Thirsty Street Brewing Taproom.
Age groups will be 5 year increments starting at 20 years old, and going up to the 85+ age group.
We will have special awards for Top 3 Overall (No double dipping).
Awards can be mailed.
For the Sprint Relay Event, awards will be given to the top 3 overall teams regardless of gender and age of team members.

The Funds:
