The Heart of Round Rock Run is a free community walk/run bringing together families, students, and staff from over 14 Round Rock ISD campuses. The event supports C.D. Fulkes PTA and other participating Title 1 PTAs.
Participants can choose between a 1-mile or 2-mile course. Both routes start and finish at C.D. Fulkes Middle School.
Yes! Registration is free for all runners and walkers. Donations are welcome and help support Title 1 PTAs and event costs.
Everyone is welcome - students, families, staff, and community members of all ages and fitness levels.
No. This is a community fun run focused on participation, connection, and school spirit. You can run, jog, walk, or stroll at your own pace.
Yes! Both strollers and wheelchairs are welcome on the course.
Friendly, leashed dogs are welcome, as long as they are comfortable around crowds and other pets.
Yes, all registered participants will receive a swag bag, race bib, and event t-shirt while supplies last. Packet pickup information will be emailed to all participants.
Yes! The finish area will include music, sponsor booths, community organizations, kids’ activities, and more.
Donations support event costs and directly fund C.D. Fulkes PTA and other Title 1 PTAs, helping provide classroom supplies, teacher mini-grants, enrichment opportunities, and student essentials.

Street parking will be available surrounding C.D. Fulkes and in nearby parking lots and garages in Downtown Round Rock. More details will be shared closer to race day.
The event will be held rain or shine. In case of severe weather, updates will be posted on the race website and emailed to registered participants.
