The Heart of Round Rock Run is a free community walk/run bringing together families, students, and staff from 17 Round Rock ISD campuses. The event supports C.D. Fulkes PTA and other participating Title 1 PTAs.
Participants can choose between a 5K (3.1 miles) or 1-mile course. Both routes start and finish at Old Settlers Park.
Yes! Registration is free for all runners and walkers. Donations are welcome and help support Title 1 PTAs and event costs.
Everyone is welcome - students, families, staff, and community members of all ages and fitness levels.
No. This is a community fun run focused on participation, connection, and school spirit. You can run, jog, walk, or stroll at your own pace.
Yes! Both strollers and wheelchairs are welcome on the course.
Friendly, leashed dogs are welcome, as long as they are comfortable around crowds and other pets.
Yes, we have swag bags for the first 3000 participants who pick them up at packet pickup. Packet pickup information will be emailed to all participants. T-shirts are available to purchase for $15 each, and the proceeds benefit C.D. Fulkes PTA and other participating Title 1 schools.
Yes! The finish area will include music, sponsor booths, community organizations, kids’ activities, and more.
Donations support event costs and directly fund C.D. Fulkes PTA and other Title 1 PTAs, helping provide classroom supplies, teacher mini-grants, enrichment opportunities, and student essentials.

With the new updates to Old Settlers Park, there is plenty of parking in the new paved parking lots.
The event will be held rain or shine. In case of severe weather, updates will be posted on the race website and emailed to registered participants.
