What is a Virtual Race?
A virtual option for a 5K or 1 Mile “Fun” Run/Walk means that participants can use a course of their choice, on the date and time of their choice, to cover the distance of the 5K event or 1 Mile “Fun” Run/Walk and receive the same T-shirt and medal as if doing the actual event. Each registered person will receive their T-shirt and medal (5K) or T-shirt and ribbon (1 mile) in the mail. A virtual option allows individuals in different locations to compete in the same event and support one another. If virtual participants "Join a Team" their participation will be counted towards their team's final participation numbers.
