Refund Policy
Event Registrations
All registrations for iTRI Racing events are non-refundable after the purchase is complete. You have the option to purchase registration insurance when you register your athlete to cover a limited number of scenarios that would prevent your athlete from participating.
Should you no longer be able to attend the event for any reason, and have NOT purchased registration insurance, please see options available below:
- Transfer your registration to an upcoming iTRI event no later than 15 days prior to upcoming event to not incur transfer fee.
- Transfer registration to another participant (if space is available), within the the same year. The transfer must be initiated at least 15 days prior to the event date to not incur transfer fees.

NO SHOW, SAME DAY CANCELLATION, CANCELLATIONS WITHIN 14 DAYS OF EVENT:
If a participant is unable to attend the event the day of (or 14 days prior to) the event for whatever reason, there will be no refund available. The participant may defer their registration to another day and incur a $15 transfer fee. Fees will cover additional materials for future event.
Refunds/Deferrals including but not limited to inclement weather, facility closures, participation numbers not met, and/or COVID-19 Cancellations
Unfortunately, we are not able to offer refunds for any events that are cancelled. While the event is not taking place, a portion of the registration funds has already been spent in anticipation of the event, whether it takes place or not. We apologize and thank you for your support in this matter and offer the following options for a cancelled event:
- You will be provided with a 100% deferral into the same event the same year, if available, or the following year.
- You will have the option to defer your registration to a different event of equal or lesser value (i.e.: defer from a multisport event to full running series)
For events that are cancelled, you will receive an email with instructions regarding event options or deferral.
Please note, there is a minimum of 50 participants needed for event to take place. If the number of participants has not been met a week prior to the event, the event will be postponed/cancelled. No refunds will be issued. Registered participants will be transferred to a future iTRI Multisport or iTRI Run Series event in lieu of refund.
Merchandise
All merchandise from our store is non-refundable after purchase. Merchandise purchased at an iTRI event can be exchanged for a different size on the date of purchase, if available.
