Fundraising Email Sample
The following is language you can use in an email. You could also create your own letter to print and mail.
Dear family and friends,
We are/I am attending the St. Michael Catholic School in-person this year. (Write one sentence that says your students’ names and what grades they are in).
We are excited about our St. Michael Catholic School Marathon Fundraiser because we will have fun raising funds for our school’s academic initiatives!
We have set a family goal to raise $XXX. To show our Marathon spirit, our family will (explain how you will run, walk, or perform community service).
Will you please help support our school by sponsoring our family? Donations may be made online at: (Insert your family’s website) OR by mailing a check and the below form to our school. All donations are tax-deductible and must be received at school by October 31st.
