What is a color run?

A color run is a fun run in which colored holi powder will be tossed at the runner as they run along the course. If you would like to see an example of what this will look, check out our video on the main page. 

What is this fundraiser for?

The color run is a fundraiser organized by student leadership in order to raise money for our Associated Student Body.

Do I have to be a fast runner? 

No! A color run is open to all and is meant to be enjoyed and most importantly, fun! You can run, jog, or walk the majority of the course. The race is not meant to be a competition, rather an experience. 

Which race should I sign up for?

The 3 km fun run is designed for teenagers and adults, while the 1 km fun run is designed for young children.

What is included in the registration?

The registration will include a t-shirt, bib, and a medal!

Can I wear anything to the race?

While accessories are highly encouraged, runners must wear their bib and t-shirt to the race. 

Is the powder safe?

Yes! The powder will be purchased from Chameleon Colors. The powder is non-toxic and made from high quality materials. More information can be found on https://chameleoncolors.com/pages/faqs

Will food be available after the race?

Yes! Vendors will be available. Small packets of the color powder will also be on sale.

I paid for my registration, now what?

Awesome! Make sure to stop by on race day on May 11 at 7:30 AM at the designated area. If you are picking up your packet on May 11th, you are highly encouraged to pick up your packets no later than 30 minutes prior to your race
