Salt & Sound 10k
Enjoy this 6.2 mile course which will get you very familiar with the rural center. You will make your way along a boardwalk, by the side of the kayak trail (grass) and around the frisbee golf course out of the park on secondary roads (pavement), which you will follow to the edge of the Currituck Sound, and back.
