Can I bring my dog?
We love dogs, but this is not the race to run with them. Please leave them home for this one and give them some extra pets when you get back to them :)
Is the course wheelchair and/or stroller friendly?
Although it is not the most wheel friendly course, it can be done with out major issues. There may be a couple spots where you need to go a little out of your way to avoid a curb, and there are some smooth crushed gravel sections (not paved), and one short staircase where you will have to take the wheelchair ramp. Oh…and don’t forget the HILLS. But if you are willing to deal with these things, your wheels will make it!
How much of my registration goes to Neighborhood House's food pantry?
With the exception of website fees, paying for shirts, and a couple other day of overhead costs, almost all of your money is going to Neighborhood House! There are no profits and the race is fully organized/supported by volunteers. So rest assured that your entry fee is making a real difference for neighbors in need!
Are shirts available for purchase/size switching day of?
Short answer…No. In an effort to maximize money going to Neighborhood House and be sustainable, we order a very small amount of extra shirts with the goal of no extras. However…come by at the end of the race and we will see what we can do. But no promises.
