Tallahassee Turkey Trot 15K/10K/5K/1Mile

There are some Turkey Trot Runners who want to do a little more than just contribute through their entry fee.  These are our Turkey Trot Heroes.

The generosity of our Turkey Trot Heroes has made Tallahassee a better place and helped Turkey Trot donate $45,000 total (approximately $15,000 each) to the Shelter, The Boys and Girls Clubs of the Big Bend and the Refuge House for at least three years in a row.  In addition, many runners brought nonperishable food items, clothes, toiletries and much more. They also supported the Kent Vann Partners in Excellence Award Program helping to reach out to our middle and elementary schools. Let’s do it again!

Be an Official Turkey Trot Hero

You can become a Turkey Trot Hero by donating as little as $30 to our Turkey Trot Heroes fund. Donations are in addition to race entry fees, and you will have an opportunity to contribute during registration.   You can specify among the Boys and Girls Clubs of the Big Bend, The Refuge House and the Shelter/Kearney Center, where 100% of your donation goes, or divide it among the three entities. Turkey Trot Heroes will receive a commemorative gift.

Be an Official Turkey Trot Superhero

And if you want to reach for an even higher level, you can be a Turkey Trot Superhero by donating $50 or more to our special causes. Your generosity will make a difference in someone’s life. You will have the opportunity to become a Turkey Trot Hero during the registration process; however, if you are unable to attend, you may still contribute by mailing a check or contribute online (no additional processing fees) here.  Turkey Trot Superheroes will receive a commemorative gift.
